When the COVID-19 pandemic started, a team of hospital-based family education instructors converted from in-person to live online classes. From this successful transition came the idea to offer live online classes on a broader scale, and ParenthoodLive – a new and independent company – was born. Its purpose is to provide evidence-based online instruction for new parents so that they can make well-informed decisions about childbirth as well as care and feeding of their newborns.
